Co-Founder · Driftwood Hospitality
David has spent more than three decades acquiring, repositioning and operating hotels across every major brand system. He founded Driftwood Hospitality Management in 1999 with Lehman Brothers as anchor investor, later leading the buyout of that interest and building the firm into one of the country's largest independent operators, with a national portfolio and roughly a billion dollars in annual revenue under management. Before Driftwood he served as CEO of Servico Hotels & Resorts, then a publicly traded owner-operator of a nationwide hotel portfolio.
He went on to co-found Driftwood Acquisitions & Development, a private equity platform for accredited investors, which became Driftwood Capital. Across that career he has transacted on more than 100 hotels — underwriting, financing, brand negotiation, PIP scoping and turnaround operations — and brings that acquisition and asset-management discipline to every BAF investment.

Founder · Inhabitr
Ankur founded Inhabitr in 2018, the world's first AI-powered, end-to-end furnishing and FF&E platform for commercial real estate — covering design, sourcing, procurement, manufacturing, delivery, installation and financing in a single pipeline. Inhabitr's AI-driven design tools, competitive bidding engine and IoT-tracked logistics run on a global network of offices, factories and warehouses, which is how BAF compresses PIP timelines and strips cost out of renovation budgets.
A former McKinsey partner who led product design and global digital transformations, and a P&G alum trained as an engineer in Germany, Ankur brings the design, technology and supply-chain sourcing discipline behind BAF's faster, cheaper renovation execution and its access to alternative FF&E capital.
